Delivery is designed to be straightforward: receive your files, save them, and return whenever you want to cook the collection again.
Delivery timeline
Most files and access instructions are delivered by email shortly after payment confirmation. If automatic delivery is unavailable, we manually send access details within 24 hours.
Delivery failure
If a file or access instruction is not received, customers should use the footer contact details and provide the payment reference, name used at checkout, and email address used for purchase.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide a reachable email address or WhatsApp number. We may verify the payment reference before resending files or access instructions.
