Products

UpishiDishes sells digital recipe guides, meal plans, prep notes, and food-business recipe systems. We do not sell physical food items through this website.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed through the checkout option provided at purchase before files are delivered. Taxes, currency conversion charges, or bank/card fees may depend on the customer's bank or card issuer.

Your use of our content

The content we make available on this website and through our other channels, including recipes, guides, images, meal plans, notes, downloads, access instructions, product descriptions, and related materials (the "Service"), was created, developed, compiled, prepared, revised, selected, and arranged by UpishiDishes using our own methods, judgment, time, and effort.

The Service and the content we make available are proprietary and are protected by these Terms, copyright laws, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Service may also be protected as a collective work or compilation. We provide it for your personal, non-commercial use only unless you have a written commercial license from UpishiDishes.

Account access

If customer accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Account access, PDF links, invoices, and support records are intended for the purchasing customer or business only and should not be shared publicly.

Commercial use

Some products may include business planning notes for caterers, creators, bakers, or food sellers. These materials may help you plan menus internally, but they do not transfer ownership of UpishiDishes content and do not give permission to resell the files or publish the recipes as your own branded content.

Food and allergy responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, dietary suitability, and food safety requirements before preparing or selling food. Recipes are educational cooking resources and are not medical advice.

Availability and updates

We may improve, replace, remove, or update recipes, product descriptions, pricing, download links, and customer account features from time to time. If a file link fails after purchase, contact us with your order details so we can help.

Disputes

Customers should use the footer contact details first so we can resolve delivery, access, or refund issues quickly and reduce avoidable payment disputes.
